Hub User Cannot Access UB Work Order Page

When attempting to view the UB Work Order page, all cards are showing errors.

Utility Billing Work Order
Role assigned to end user was not configured to have necessary Charge Code access relating to the UB Work Order Page causing the specified page to display errors
Hub relies on the backing product to restrict or grant access based on the user permissions.
Menu, programs, and data access are provisioned with the backing module. (Ex. Data Permissions relating to Human Resources, would be configured by HR, etc.)
Ensure Hub Data Access is configured appropriately within Hub Administration to view information within Hub Cards
The permissions stored within Hub Administration do not control what data appears on the cards. They essentially turn the Card on/off.
