Description of Issue

Getting Error Error -206 [ISAM -208] when adding a deduction code manually in someone's pay record in Earnings and Deductions.

Cause


Resolution

  1. Close out of all programs and log out of Enterprise ERP.

  2. Clear the Browser Cache. For instructions, see Master Article - Clear Browser Cache

  3. Log back in
