Minimum Staffing Rules

Description of Issue

Client wanted to enable minimum staffing rules for advanced scheduling with email notifications

Context

Cause

The issue was the policy was setup but the user that needed the notifications role was not enabled for event notifications.

Resolution
  1. Login to Time & Attendance with Admin Access

  2. Click System Admin

  3. Click Security & Permissions

  4. Click the Edit Pencil Icon for the role of the employee in question

  5. Click Notifications

  6. Select the employees/department you want the notifications to trigger on

  7. Click Events

  8. Select Minimum Staffing Violation

  9. Click Save
