Check Image rescan not functioning correctly
Unable to generate an Image Cash Letter within Cashiering

Cause
Account Lock occurring within tcmadmin or tylercashieringservices account
This can be confirmed when reviewing the Cashiering logs after attempting to rescan a check or generating an Image Cash Letter. Error: Account locked: Too many failed attempts
Resolution
Reach out to Cashiering Support to troubleshoot the service account used to archive to Content Manager
Additional Information
Keep in mind that various products integrate into Content Manager, be sure to use the password attributed to the tcmadmin account as it is documented. Entering the wrong password will lock the ID, can impact other products
