Payroll Comparison Report error-No data available-The Search option was not used or it returned no data

Getting error in Payroll Comparison Report:

No data available. The "Search" option was not used or it returned no data

• Enterprise ERP

• Payroll 

• End of Period 

• Payroll Comparison Report 

Pay Range and Deduction Range are not defined.

1. Navigate to Human Capital Management>Payroll>End of Period>Payroll Comparison Report. 

2. Click Define.

3. Define the Current payroll and the Compare to payroll.

4. Define the Pay Ranges or the Deduction Ranges or both.

5. Click Accept.

6. Execute to PDF or Excel as needed.
