Bills were written off but are still showing a balance

Cause

Write-offs are failing to properly handle bill balances that include a discount amount and are leaving behind a balance due that is related to the original discount 

Resolution
  • Over/Short Adjustment can be run a second time to remove the remaining balance

  • Please contact the EERP Tax Support team for additional assistance
