Auto deduction not calculating

Description of Issue

Client reported that employee's auto deduction was not calculating on the time card.

Cause

The issue was the pay code on the timesheet was not flagged for "Allows auto deduction"

Resolution

  1. Login to Time & Attendance with Admin access

  2. Click System Admin

  3. Click Master File Management

  4. Click Pay Codes

  5. Click the Edit Pencil Icon of the pay code on the timecard in question

  6. Check option for Allows auto deduction

  7. Click Save

  8. Verify time card has auto deduction
