Budget multiyear fund annually roll prior year available

The prior year ending balances for the specified funds are not rolling forward.

• Multiyear fund

• Available

• Roll forward

• Budget

In next year budget entry the Recalc function needs to be processed

Financials > Budget Processing > Next year budget entry

1. Enter the projection number

2. Click Accept

3. Click Accept to pull in all accounts

4. Click on Menu

5. Click on Recalc

After the Recalc is complete the projection will need to be pulled up again to see the differences.

The Level 1 amounts should match the current year available amounts for the accounts.

Final steps

1. Roll to the highest level

2. Post to master for reports
