Resolution
  1. Print - Print the file to physical printer.

    1. Printer Name - Select the printer name for the selected step. Printers must be created in Enterprise ERP as a server or shared printer and must support the selected templates for the step. 

    2. Force Print - Causes all records to print, regardless of specified delivery method.

    3. How to create an Enterprise Forms Printer

  2. Archive - Saves the file to TCM.

  3. Download - Downloads the file to user's terminal.

    1. Download single file containing all records using Enterprise Forms

  4. Save - Saves the file to Enterprise ERP spool drive.

    1. File can be located in My Saved Reports.

    2. File can be saved on a specific folder in the EERP app server. 

  5. Fax - Sends the file to the local fax machine.

  6. Email - Emails file to defined email address/s following delivery preferences.

    1. Send Email To - Determines the email address for the email distribution.

      1. Static Email Address - Enables the To Email Address field. All documents generated for the template will be sent to the email address entered.

      2. Additional Options - Adds email addresses associated with the record being sent to the Send Email To list. These options can be used to send the document to different parties that may be related to the document such as a vendor, customer, and so on.

    2. From Email Address - Defines the email address from which the forms are sent.

      1. This email must be set up in your SMTP to be able to be used as a sender email.

    3. Force Email - Causes the program to send each record by email. This setting overrides the delivery methods selected at the record level.

    4. Include Attachment - Includes the generated document, when selected.

    5. CC - Defines email addresses to be copied. Use a semicolon (;) to separate the values.

    6. BCC - Defines email addresses to be blind copied. Use a semicolon (;) to separate the values.

    7. Subject - Specifies the subject line for the email. Only plain text and email tokens are supported.

    8. Message - Indicates the message content for the email. Only plain text and email tokens are supported.

      1. The Email Tokens button at the top of the actions panel will provide tokens to copy and paste into your email subject line or email message body to use variable data for displaying items such as names or bill dates. 

      2. To make line spaces in the email message, SHIFT + ENTER will enter down to a new line. The enter key alone will not work in the email message box.
