Error when processing in Create Delinquent File for Maine

Getting an error during the processing step in the Create Delinquent File program.

There are parcels being liened that have more than one bill in the lien year.

Development tis currently researching the issue. A workaround exists but it is complex. It involves liening all parcels that don't have multiple bills in the year and then manually adding liens for the parcels that do have multiple bills in the lien year.
