Munis programs launch with Error executing dbo.usp_SetContextUserNameId

• When we try to run programs in Munis we get the following error: Error executing dbo.usp_SetContextUserNameId
• Munis is down

• Munis
• GAS
• GWC
• SQL
• 2019.1.22.0

Cause unknown at this time.

• The current work around to restore service is a full GAS restart
  • SaaS hosted: Please create a case with TSM Support for further assistance in the Support Portal.
  • OnPrem: How to Restart GAS for OnPrem Clients
• If this is occurring in a Production environment, it is ideal to have a TSM technician gather GAS logs for review prior to restarting GAS
  • Please note, the logs cannot be obtained after GAS is restarted.
  • Please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal
