Description of Issue

Where can I give a user access to Mass delete import files in the File Transfer program?

Cause




Resolution

  1. Access the Roles screen (System Administration > Security > Roles)

  2. Search for the user's role

  3. Click the Munis System folder

  4. Click Update

  5. Check the box for Mass delete from import directory

  6. Click Accept
