Restrict users to only allow Budget Transfers and Amendments entry

Can users only be given access to update just Budget Transfers and Amendments and not General Ledger Journals?

Want users to only be able to enter Budget entries not General ledger entries.

1. Go to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > User Attributes 

2. Search for the User you want to restrict 

3. For the Roles granting Budget permissions 

   1. Highlight the role and select Edit role

   2. Open the Budget Folder

   3. Ensure Post amendments, Create amendment entries, and View others' amendments are selected

   4. Please note that updating a role will affect all users attached

4. To ensure they do not have General Ledger Journal Permissions 

   1. For the Roles granting General Ledger permissions 

      1. Highlight the role and select Edit role

      2. Open the General Ledger Folder

      3. Ensure the user has no Journal Access Permissions
