Clerk name on an abatement changes during entry

While entering an abatement, on an abatement batch belonging to another user, the entry clerk saves as the batch owner rather than the user entering the abatement.

Development is currently researching the issue. There is no workaround but the issue can be avoided procedurally by requiring clerks to utilize their own batch rather than sharing.
