Utah Transparency Export missing Program and Function

Description of Issue

My UT Transparency Export Report is being rejected because it is missing the Program and Function.  Program and Function are required for LEAs (schools).

Cause

The file created from Munis/Enterprise ERP does not currently include the Program and Function



Resolution

These fields will be added under (master) work ticket MUN-445825. 

Install when available.
