Description of Issue

  • Error prevents issuing item from scanner

  • Quantity on hand is invalid

Cause

Error is caused by two possible scenarios:

  1. The user has entered the item number incorrectly

  2. The user is entering in an item number that exists but is not in the selected warehouse in the previous screen



Resolution

Make sure the item number is correct and exists in the selected warehouse
