Import Journals- unable to edit journal header fields

• In Import Journals a new user clicks Define and the journal header fields are grayed out and can not be updated.

• An experienced co-worker can click Define and update journal header fields before selecting a file.

Import Journals

Import file field is blank.

• The Import file field needs to be populated before updating header fields. 

• Click Local File (or Server File if the file is on the server) to select a file.

• Once a file has been imported, a file name defaults in so that header information can be added before selecting a file.
