Import Journals- unable to edit journal header fields
Description of Issue
In Import Journals a new user clicks Define and the journal header fields are grayed out and can not be updated.
An experienced co-worker can click Define and update journal header fields before selecting a file.
Context
Import Journals
Cause
Import file field is blank.
Resolution
The Import file field needs to be populated before updating header fields.
Click Local File (or Server File if the file is on the server) to select a file.
Once a file has been imported, a file name defaults in so that header information can be added before selecting a file.
