Time Entry Import adding incorrect GL account and showing Invalid Warnings

Description of Issue

Time Entry Import is applying incorrect GL accounts to every pay line in Time Entry.

Time Entry Import is showing invalid Warnings saying the pay is not attached in Employee Job/Salary when it is. 

WARNING: This pay type is not defined for the Emp/Job/Position/Pay in Job Salary
