Follow the steps below to add this access. Modifying a role will affect al users assigned to that role.

System Administration > Security > Roles

1. Search for the desired role

2. Munis System

3. Update

4. Modify the value associated with Workflow process maintenance access

   1. None No process codes can be maintained

   2. Limited Selected process codes can be maintained

   3. Full All process codes can be maintained

5. Accept
