Description of Issue

How  to make a fund inactive but still be able to pull it in reports



Context

  • Account Master

  • Account Mass Change/Reset



Cause




Resolution

  • There is no option to update Fund status to inactive.

  • Accounts can be made inactive in Account Master with the Global Update option or account status can be changed in Account Mass Change/Reset.

  • Selecting inactive for status when defining search criteria for reports will allow reporting on inactive accounts.
