Purpose of Approve in Next Year Budget Entry

• The Approve button in the Next Year Budget Entry program is available for some users, but not for all.

• Does a user need to approve the projection on the final level by using this button?

Next Year Budget Entry

• The purpose of the Approve option is to allow budget approvers to approve, deny, or clear for all accounts or certain accounts and add a comment.

• The Approve button will appear only if the user has Budget Approver selected in User Attributes in the Budget module.

• Not all sites use budget line approvals.
