Unable to see demographic information on application snapshot

• User would like to view personal demographic information the applicant selected on job application

• The personal demographic information is not showing on the application copy attached to applicant in Pending Applicants

• Enterprise ERP

• Self Service Applications

• Pending Applicants

• The module that includes these demographic questions is flagged as "Exclude" on the Self Service Application 

• When the "Exclude" checkbox is flagged it will exclude the module and its data from the application snapshot when an application is completed

There is an application snapshot that includes the demographic information under the secure attachments option in Pending Applicants or Applicant Central

• • Enterprise ERP> Human Capital Management> Recruiting> Job Openings

    • Click Search

    • Search the specific job

    • Click Pending option in the ribbon toolbar

    • Select a Pending Applicant to review

    • Click Secure Attachments

  • Enterprise ERP> Human Capital Management> Recruiting> Applicant Central

    • Search the Applicant

    • Click Secure Attach in the Ribbon Toolbar
