Tyler Parks and Rec Account Credit Transfer Issue - undefined

The client states that one department is having an issue when trying to transfer to the correct class, or give an account credit, receiving a pop up error message : undefined

Error message related to issue :

Exception: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.InvoiceLines' with unique index

'IX_ItemId_ItemType'. The duplicate key value is (-1470, 1). The statement has been terminated.

There is a duplicate value in the 'dbo.InvoiceLines' in the TPAR prod database.

Support can use a script search query to locate and update the affected invoice. Access to SQL will be needed.
