FL DOE Staff Benefits - Benefit Frequency

When I run my FL DOE Report the Benefits Frequency is zero, where does this pull from?

Benefit Frequency for the Staff Benefits file pulls one of two ways.

1. If the Use Employee Groups For Pay Frequency option is check marked on the Employee Groups tab under the Staff Benefits Survey tab of the Generate screen, then the Employee Group matrix on that tab is used to determine the Frequency value.

2. If the option is not check marked, the program uses the Frequency field on the Cycles tab in the Employee Deductions program, Crosswalked to a numeric Frequency value using the FLN Crosswalk Type in the Global Crosswalks table.
