Description of Issue

Need to download a single pdf file containing all the records in a print run

Cause

Need a single file containing all records



Resolution

  1. Sign into ReadyForms Administration

  2. Navigate to the template that is needing to be changed

  3. Click the Duplicate button

  4. Name the template similar to it's copy with _Download added to the end

  5. Under Advanced Options select One File

  6. Navigate to System Administration > Printer \ Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

  7. Search for and select the form category for the template that was created (Utility Billing Bill, Payroll Check, etc)

  8. Under Steps, click Add

  9. Select Download  and select the template that was created



Additional Information

It is very important to note that the One File option in the ReadyForms templates should only be used for downloading or printing.Â
