Tyler Community - Access to new subgroup

• I am a member of the Enterprise ERP (Munis) group, how do I become a member of the Human Resources Management group?
• Access denied to Tyler Community posts in a group I don't belong to

• Subgroup

Subgroups require a request to be sent to be added to your group access.

1. Navigate to Tyler Community.
2. In the toolbar, click the main product page.
   • For example Enterprise ERP (Munis)
3. Click the Available Groups tile.
4. Review the list for relevant subgroups.
5. Click on the subgroup you wish to join.
6. On the first entry, you will need to request access through a pop-up.
7. Enter a message in the Message field.
   • No validation or verification is necessary for access.
8. Click Request Membership button.
