How to test Permissions assigned to a Role

Creating a new role and need to verify it provides correct level of access to users.

Best practice for testing permissions is to create a test user and assign Roles that need to be tested to said user. Admin user configuring the permissions can then log in using the test user ID and verify the permissions provide the correct level of access.
