Description of Issue

  • User is unable to add object to the roll up code in Chart Manager since the object is missing in drop down menu.

  • User has General maintenance to Budget Rollup codes permission.

Cause




Resolution

  • In General Ledger Settings under Segment Sizes tab, the Segment Order Settings is missing Object.

  • Please contact General Ledger Support since only Support or Implementation can update Segment Order Settings and run the associated utility.
