Description of Issue

Unable to generate PSERS records after upgrade to 2021.2



Context

  • GA GSEPS and PSERS Reports



Cause

PSERS Retirement Deductions tab on generate had a letter N defined in one of the ranges that should not be there.



Resolution

  1. Select Define

  2. Select PSERS Retirement Deductions and remove Alpha character from the filed

  3. Select Generate and review period records
