Add Missing TCM Environment to Server Infrastructure Management

When trying to deploy a TCM update from Tyler Deploy, the following error is returned upon loading the deployment: 

Please install a tentacle on the Tyler Content Manager server. If a tentacle is installed, please make sure the server is configured with at least one of Tyler Content Manager's roles and the XXXX environment. Please install a tentacle on the Tyler Content Manager server. If a tentacle is installed, please make sure the server is configured with at least one of Tyler Content Manager's roles and the XXXX environment.
