Bid Proposal title is incorrect in Vendor Self Service

Bid Proposal Semantics was set up with the incorrect verbiage 

1. Login to Vendor Self Service 

   1. User that is logging in will need access to Vendor Administration 

2. Click Vendor Administration 

3. Choose Application Administration

   1. Application Administration controls how vendors view your VSS pages and the data they can enter. Application information is provided in three categories: General Settings, Field Settings, and Default Settings

4. Click General Settings 

5. Update the incorrect verbiage in the Bid Proposal Semantics field

6. Click Save
