TX PEIMS 030 Finance Records not generating

Description of Issue

When I generate my 030 Finance records the program says records generated, but I am not getting any records



Context

Cause

School Year Closed option was added to TX PEIMS Settings and mislabeled.  It should be School Year Open, and should be checked when the School Year is Open.



Resolution

The label will be corrected under (master) work ticket MUN-448143.  Install when available. 

Work around: 

  1. Open the TX PEIMS Settings program

  2. Select Update

  3. Check School Year Closed checkbox

  4. Select Accept

  5. Return to the TX PEIMS Finance Records program and regenerate
