Self Evaluations not visible in ESS



Description of Issue

Self Evaluation record is not visible in Employee Self Service.

Cause

The Evaluation Landing Page currently only displays one Active evaluation per employee, but Development is working on a code fix to improve usability under MUN-447234.



Resolution
  1. To see these evaluation records, navigate to Evaluations.

    • ESS > Performance Management > Evaluations 

  2. Click on the hyperlink employee's name.

    • Please note that the Evaluation Status screen will only display one Active evaluation per employee

  3. Now you can see the self evaluation record.
