Omitted Bills records are deleted when answering No to post



Description of Issue

When choosing the No option on the Omitted Bills posting prompt reading Do you want to complete and post the selected batch? the process is stopped but the records are deleted and unable to be resumed.

Omitted Bills records are removed after telling the program not to post on the fourth and final prompt.

Cause




Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. The Omitted Bills that were being processed have been deleted from the program and will need to be re-entered manually. There is also some orphaned data that needs to be cleaned up with SQL scripts. Please contact Tax Support to assist with this process.



Additional Information

Despite hitting No to the prompt, the Omitted Bills screen will still report that Processing successfully completed even though it did not.
