Where do the TX TRS GL post options get the GL account details

What does Munis look at to Post?  Does it look at the GL account on the employee master or the GL account on the employee job salary?

The accounts the employee was paid from, based on Payroll Warrants with a Check Date within the defined Reporting Month/Year (earnings history).
