Can you add inventory and supplies to a closed work order?

You can not add cost details to a closed work order  

• If the Accounting Method is set to Direct, use the Status Change option in Work Order Management to change the status of the work order to 5-In Progress. Once in a status 5-In Progress cost details such as inventory and supplies can be added. 

• If the Accounting Method is set to Billing or Chargeback, we recommend using the Copy option in the Work Order Management program to create a new work order.
