Cannot See Charge Group Distribution in Payment Entry

Cannot see the charge group distribution (principal, interest, penalty, etc.) when entering a payment in Payment Entry. 

• Payment Entry (arbilinq) 
• Accounts Receivable User Preferences 

The user does not have the Display charge group distribution when accepting partial or overpayments preference checked in their Accounts Receivable User Preferences. 

Follow the steps in this article to update the user's Accounts Receivable Preferences: Change Accounts Receivable User Preferences to View Charge Groups When Entering Payments
