Description of Issue

Ingenico iSC250 card reader stuck in the Please Wait screen and not able to process payments 

Context

  • Ingenico iSC250 card reader

  • Unable to process payments

  • Tyler Cashiering  

  • Soft Reset 

Cause

Ingenico iSC250 card reader frozen or malfunctioning 

Resolution

  1. Hold down the CLEAR and MINUS keys together for a few seconds

  2. Ingenico iSC250 will reboot automatically 

  3. Reprocess the payment
