AL RSA - How Full Time Units Generated

Description of Issue

Where do Full Time Units in the AL RSA program pull from

Context
  • Payroll

  • Alabama

  • AL RSA Reporting

Cause
  1. If Default Full Time Units on the Generate is defined, and the Job Class or Group/BU code defined on the Employee Master record for this employee matches a value defined on the Generate, then the defined Default Full Time Units is used here.

  2. Otherwise, this value comes from information on the base pay in Employee Job/Salary, for the Job Class on the earnings history record, as follows:

    1. If UOM is Hours, then Full Time Units = Hours per Day * Days per Period / FTE

    2. If UOM is Days, Full Time Units = Days per Period / FTE
