Description of Issue

ESS Scheduled hours that are auto loaded from Enterprise ERP Time Entry Group in Enterprise ERP Time Entry batch are loading as approved 

Context
  • Enterprise ERP Time Entry
  • Employee Self Service
  • Enterprise ERP 11.3 and below
Cause

Enterprise ERP Payroll Control Setting ESS TIME ENTRY is preventing the records from being modified in ESS

Resolution

Log into Enterprise ERP as admin and open the Tyler Menu

  1. Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Payroll Control Settings
  2.  Scroll to the ESS TIME ENTRY Category 
  3.  Click on PREVENT EDITING OF TIME ENTRY RECORDS 
  4.  Unless the Value is already N, double click the record to open the record and edit the value
  5.  Change Y to N
