User Defined Work Groups are not updating in Employee Records in Time and Attendance

Description of Issue

When adding Work Groups to Employees in Employee User Defined Fields in Enterprise ERP the Employee Profile in Time & Attendance is not updating when integration jobs run.

Cause

In order for the Employee User Defined Fields to be associated with the records that are sent to Time & Attendance during the Employee Import integration job the corresponding code must also be created in Enterprise ERP Payroll Miscellaneous Codes 

Resolution

Create the code in Enterprise ERP Payroll Miscellaneous Codes v. 11.3

  1.  Tyler Menu > Human Recourses/Payroll > Payroll Setup > Miscellaneous Codes > WKGP
  2.  Click the plus icon in the ribbon to add the code you need to add
  3.  Enter the code name (4 character maximum) that matches the code created in Employee User Defined Fields
  4.  Enter a short description (10 character maximum)
  5.  Enter a long description (30 character maximum)

Create the code in Enterprise ERP Payroll Miscellaneous Codes v. 2018.1+

  1.  Tyler Menu > Human Recourses/Payroll > Payroll Setup > Miscellaneous Codes > WKGP
  2.  Click the plus icon in the ribbon to add the code you need to add
  3.  Enter the code name (4 character maximum) that matches the code created in Employee User Defined Fields
  4.  Enter a short description (10 character maximum)
  5.  Enter a long description (30 character maximum)

Run integration jobs in Time & Attendance 

  1. System Configuration > Tyler Integration tab > click pencil and paper icon to manually run each of the following jobs be sure to click Only Run Job when prompted
    1. Job 1 Organization Import
    2. Job 2 Work Group Import
    3. Job 3 Pay Code Import
    4. Job 4 Job Class Import
    5. Job 5 Employee Import
    6. Job 12 Employee-Job Class Import
