Description of Issue

Client requesting to setup credential for Business Objects or requesting password reset for Business Objects.

Cause




Resolution

The site's BOE admin or IT admin will need to reset the passwords for the site trying to access infoview from the Business Objects URL. There is no connection between Business Objects Infoview accounts and Tyler's authentication protocol or active directory. The site's admin will need to manage these accounts directly.
