Description of Issue

  • WAE/CRB event notifications are being triggered for work orders that do not have assigned employees and the unit, employee, and description sections of the notification are populated with N/A

  • Auto-converting service requests with a template will trigger the WAE/ATE event notification with incorrect values or N/A for the requesting department name, work order description, asset code, activity short description, and created date

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

Workaround: For issues arising from auto-converting, manually convert service requests instead of using the Keep and merge option
