Cause

Employee Job Salary Pay End date was after the first day of the reporting month causing inactive pay amounts to be included 

Resolution
  1. Access Employee Job Salary Record
  2. Search for the base pay record of the affected employee
  3. Select Update
  4. Enter a date less than or equal to the first day of the reporting month in the Pay End field, to reflect the fact that the pay ended and should not be included.
  5. Select Accept
