Description of Issue

I have generated retro and need to delete a retro pay line

Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • Process Retro Pay

  • Payroll Processing

Cause

Resolution

  1. After generating retro, on the Generate Retroactive Pay screen, click Update

  2. Check the box under the Process column for the line that needs to be removed

  3. Click Accept

  4. Click Delete

  5. If prompted, click Ok: Deleting records from Retroactive Pay will PERMANENTLY stop MUNIS from automatically calculating Retroactive Pay for this specific set of pay changes. Going forward any NEW changes to these Employee Job/Salary records will create Retro Pay records when applicable, but these specific changes will no longer be considered for Retroactive Pay calculation.

  6. Click Accept > click Ok for the Excel Report > click Save and Exit

  7. Select Yes for prompt: This action will PERMANENTLY delete ALL of the selected retro pay data. Do you wish to continue?
