Verify the cases you are expecting to find have you as the primary contact.
If you are the primary contact and the case does not show in Tyler Search, contact the support team for the case to research.
Additional Information
If you are a superuser, you will only see cases in Tyler Search where you are assigned as the primary contact for the case; use the All Accounts views in Online Support Incidents to see cases for other users.
