Description of Issue

DIA utility is throwing SQL error when attempting to resolve Missing Box Code condition



Context

  • 1099 

  • Vendor Records

  • Invoices



Cause

Likely caused by a zero-dollar amount 1099 Detail record seemingly deleted out of Munis, but not deleted at the server level. 



Resolution

  • If DIA shows the vendor ID, attempt to find the record within Munis and delete

  • Contact Purchasing Support and a technician will perform server maintenance to resolve
