Description of Issue

Not able to uncheck the General Fund box option in legacy CAFR

Once General Fund selected option turned grey



Context

  • Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) legacy

  • Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) hosted solution

  • Fund Maintenance

  • Configuration & Setup



Cause

Only one fund per agency can be designated as the general fund using this field



Resolution

  1. Browse Maintenance > Fund maintenance

  2. Choose an alternate fund #

  3. Select the General Fund option

  4. Save

  5. Ok on prompt confirming update on alternative fund 

    1. The General Fund field on the original fund is automatically cleared
