Description of Issue

Event notification e-mail is displaying the incorrect service request number

Cause

The service request HeaderID is incorrectly displaying instead of the service request number



Resolution

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

  • 2019.1.22.2204 - MUN-436431

  • 2021.2.0.0 - MUN-438587

  • 2021.3.0.1639 - MUN-438588

  • 2021.4.0.1316 - MUN-438589

  • 2021.5.0.808 - MUN-438590
