ME ICESA Unemployment report does not complete

The Disability and Unemployment report is a generic program intended to accommodate all 50 states using the universal ICESA file layout, but ICESA did not turn out to be universal.  Nearly all states have an exception of one form or another.  Unfortunately, handling all of those exceptions for 50 different states, in one program, leads to performance issues processing the report.

We are working on developing a state specific unemployment program for each state - Install MUN-242567 when available. 

Work around: 

Use Scheduler functionality to process the report.  Tyler recommends working with IT to make sure the report is scheduled for a time/day that will not be interrupted by any other scheduled system maintenance (such as a backup).
